An Answer Within 24 Hours

The Technical Customer Service Department is available to answer your technical questions about BRO's software products. To receive technical support, you must have a current maintenance agreement.

Your phone call, FAX, or e-mail will be answered by an optical engineer experienced in BRO's optical software applications. Telephone questions are often answered immediately, and a majority of all inquiries are satisfied within 24 hours of the first contact.
