Abstract

In this document, the techniques and commands used to perform polarization analysis in ASAPĀ® (Advanced Systems Analysis Program) from Breault Research Organization, Inc., are described. In ASAP, you can include the effects of polarization in your analysis. This polarization analysis can be performed in either of the ASAP modes, BEAMS INCOHERENT GEOMETRIC or BEAMS COHERENT DIFFRACT.
