Breault Research Organization (BRO) to Participate at ILISIS 2012; New Software Symposium Brings Together Optical Software Developers and Users
Breault Research Organization (BRO) is pleased to announce it's participation at the first ever biennial International Light Simulation Symposium (ILISIS), which will be held March 7-8, 2012, at Meistersinger-Hall in Nuremberg, Germany. This event will bring together optical software developers and users from around the world.
Visit BRO in booth #9 at ILISIS 2012. Dr. Kevin Garcia (CEO) and Dr. Kit Cheong (Sr. Optical Scientist and Asia Regional Technical Sales Specialist) will be onsite for the exhibition and technical sessions. Dr. Garcia will chair the session, "Light Source Modeling I," 9:00-10:30 on March 7th, and the following papers will be presented:
March 7th - Session II: Light Source Modeling II

In addition to seeing demonstrations of BRO's renowned ASAP Optical Software, ILISIS attendees may also observe BRO's new APEX 2011 Optical Software, which features optimization and non-sequential ray tracing integrated with SolidWorks. The new APEX optimization utility is used to define targets, goals, constraints, merit functions, and exit criteria to automate design workflow and maximize system performance.
